At X&XL ,we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure we can continue offering competitive pricing and high-quality items, we operate under a strict Return & Exchange Policy.

Please note that we only give replacement  for the same product.In case the product is out of stock we do offer exchange or a wait time of 15 days for restock.

1. Eligibility for replacement

We do not accept return or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference. Replacement are only considered in the following circumstances:

• The product arrived physically damaged.

• The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

• The wrong item was shipped.

2. The "Opening Video" Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect both the customer and the brand, we require an unboxing video for all damage or defect claims.

• The Video Must: Start before the package is opened, show the shipping label clearly, and be a single, continuous shot (no cuts or edits).

• The Purpose: This video serves as proof that the damage occurred during transit or was a manufacturing error, and not due to mishandling after delivery.

• Failure to provide a clear unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of your return request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is damaged defective or wrong, please follow these steps within 24 to 48 hours of delivery:

1. Email our support team at xandxlmercandise@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. Attach the unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the specific damage in jog or png format.

3. Our quality control team will review the evidence.

4. Final Discretion

All returns are accepted on Company Terms only. X&XL reserves the right to:

• Determine if the damage is a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage.

• Offer a replacement.

• Refuse any claim that does not meet the video documentation requirements or falls outside the reporting window.
