1. Order Processing (Made-to-Order)
Since every item is handcrafted or manufactured upon order, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility. We appreciate your patience in allowing us to ensure the highest quality for your purchase.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate and value-based shipping to keep things simple:
• Orders above ₹2500: Free Shipping
• Orders below ₹2500: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 to ₹100 will be applied at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
• Standard Pan-India Delivery: 10 to 15 business days.
• Delhi NCR: Deliveries within the Delhi NCR region often arrive sooner than the standard timeline.
4. Same-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR Only)
Need your order urgently? We offer a Same-Day Delivery option for customers within Delhi NCR, provided the production of your item is complete.
• Cost: Same-day delivery is available at the actual courier cost, which must be borne by the customer. Subjected to availability of the product.
• How to request: Please contact our support team via WhatsApp/Email immediately after placing your order to check eligibility and coordinate the delivery.
5. No Cancellation Policy
Because our products are made-to-order and production begins shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We request you to double-check your order details (size, color, and quantity) before finalizing your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use these details to track your package on the courier’s website.
